Practice reading the Word of God, joy of the Holy Spirit, sacraments, praise, and worship. Reach out to the poor and needy and welcome the Holy Spirit into your life by saying: "Come to me, Holy Spirit, and live in me."

Father in Heaven

God who created heaven and earth, most powerful, live, and only worship God the Father. Never worship other gods or idols.

Bring out your power by praying, praise, and worship to the Father in Heaven.

Son Jesus Christ

Jesus redeemed us from the burning fires of Hell by His sacrifice, giving His body and blood. Speak to Jesus and ask Him to heal your mind, soul, and body.

Ask Jesus to guide you in life and provide the strength to carry on in difficult times.

Holy Spirit

The Holy Spirit is the powerful soul of the Father in Heaven. Pray daily to the Holy Spirit to find peace, joy, and happiness in life.

Say, "Come, Holy Spirit, I welcome you into me and this place. Fill us with your power. Lead us with your wisdom and fill us with joy, happiness, and healing."

Mother Mary of Health

Spread the gospel to save all sons of God from the everlasting burning fire of Hell.

Prayer to the Blessed Virgin Our Lady of Mount Carmel:

O most beautiful Flower of Mount Carmel, Fruitful Vine, Splendour of Heaven, Blessed Mother of the Son of God, Immaculate Virgin, assist me in this necessity. O Star of the Sea, help me and show me herein you are my Mother.

O Holy Mary, Mother of God, Queen of Heaven and Earth, I humbly beseech you from the bottom of my heart, to succour me in this necessity; there are none that can withstand your power.

O, show me herein you are my Mother, O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee. (3 times)
